Reporting & communications
Our approach
Formal reporting of a company’s CSR policies, systems and performance represents a significant challenge to even the most well resourced businesses. A common difficulty is not clearly linking the company’s approach to CSR with its overall strategy and reason for being. Other issues include a failure to support the company’s CSR strategy through coherent reporting of policies, systems and performance.
In line with our other services with often work very closely with our clients and their advisors to enable them either to commence CSR reporting for the first time or enhance their existing reporting to best practice and best in peer group level. We think that this approach ensures that an optimal result is achieved taking into account resources, culture and the client’s long-term business development plans.
